GSSF & AimHi Indoor Leagues

Cost: $15 for first run of the day; $11 for each run thereafter

Time: 730AM-11AM

The GSSF and AIMHI match will be run at the same time and same distances. You must choose BEFORE you start the run which match you are shooting. If you’re shooting a Glock, you can’t wait to see the final score, before choosing. We are still going to require the time of the run be written on the score sheet. You must shoot a Glock in the Glock match.

We will use a signup sheet for ALL runs. If you are shooting multiple runs, you must sign up for each additional run.

ATTENTION CURRENT GSSF MEMBERS: GSSF HAS MOVED TO AN ENTIRELY ONLINE SYSTEM FOR MANAGING YOUR MEMBERSHIP. IF YOU HAVE NOT CREATED AN ONLINE ACCOUNT ALREADY, THEY ARE ASKING YOU TO CONTACT THEM VIA EMAIL: GSSF@GLOCK.US OR CALL 770-437-4718 AND THEY WILL SET YOU UP WITH YOUR ACCOUNT. PLEASE DO NOT GO ONLINE AND CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON YOUR OWN, OR IT WILL CREATE ISSUES WITH YOUR GSSF NUMBER.

You MUST be a GSSF member to shoot in the GSSF match.

IMPORTANT: Glock has informed us that in accordance with the League Guide, individuals may only count the FIRST gun fired towards Lewis ranking for each class. In other words, if you want to shoot more than one Fullsize Stock Glock, only the FIRST one you shoot will count towards ranking. We are only allowed to use the second and subsequent entries by the same person in the same class as eligibility for the Grand Prize (Free Glock Certificate). We can answer any questions at the match

 GSSF Match details:

The GSSF League Match is a series of three matches conducted over a 3-month period. Participants must be current GSSF members and compete in two of the three matches, using the same gun, to qualify for plaques and prizes. If you are not currently a member, you may join on-line at WWW.GSSFONLINE.COM. An annual GSSF membership costs only $35.00 for new members and $25.00 for renewing members and allows you to compete in any indoor or outdoor GSSF match.

Competitors may shoot ANY GLOCK pistol in the regular GSSF match as long as it doesn’t have a scope or an aftermarket barrel installed. The first (1st) run with each gun (pistol) will be scored for the regular GSSF match. We will use the numeric portion of the guns serial number and the time of the run to keep track of how many runs with each gun.

 *****IF YOU WANT TO USE ANY GLOCK THAT HAS ANY ENHANCEMENTS SUCH AS A RED DOT OR REPLACEMENT BARREL WITH OR W/O A MUZZLE BRAKE, YOU WILL BE IN THE GLOCK UNLIMITED CLASS. WHEN SHOOTING IN THE GLOCK UNLIMITED CLASS, YOU CAN SHOOT AS MANY TIMES AS YOU LIKE WITH THE SAME OR DIFFERENT SERIAL NUMBERED GUN. THE HIGHEST SCORE WILL BE USED FOR THAT MATCH SCORE.*****

Glock G42, G43 and G36 Subcompact Slimline Match

The Glock Subcompact Slimline Match will consist of a 250 point, 25 rd., match instead of the standard 500 point, 50 rd., match.  Each stage of the shoot will be 5 rounds instead of the standard 10 rounds, hence the 250 point, 25X, maximum.  The times will remain the same as for the standard match.

 Glock Rimfire Match

There is a division for the G44, the Rimfire Division and only one plaque will be awarded.  The Glock Rimfire Division is for Stock G44’s only.  If anyone comes in with any modified G44’s they will not be able to shoot the Rimfire Glock Match.  A stock/modified G44 can be shot in the .22 Category in the Aim Hi Match.

Stock Class Firearms

GLOCK Firearms are considered to be “Stock” if all firearm components are or ever have been available from GLOCK, Inc. Additional allowable modifications are specified below:
• “Hogue-Grip” type sleeves, “A-Grip” panels, “skateboard tape” or other grip-enhancing materials that do not materially alter the function of the stock firearm
• Slide and barrel stripping and/or refinishing
• Pearce Grip, Inc. grip extenders only on subcompact and slim-line models
• Aftermarket replacement non-metallic base plates on magazines
• Post and notch sights (“partridge” sights) excluding any sight requiring slide modifications. Please note that fiber-optic and express sights are approved.
• Installation of the GLOCK Performance Trigger in the G19 Gen5/MOS, G17 Gen5/MOS, G19X, G26 Gen5, G34 Gen5/MOS, G45/MOS, and G47 MOS only.

Any combination of GLOCK produced firearm parts that do not, in the sole opinion of the Range Master, result in a significant competitive advantage in the stock division are safe to utilize.

Unlimited Class Firearms – Does not qualify for the special recognition patches – “500 or 250 Club”

The following modifications will necessitate placement of the firearm in the Unlimited Class:
• Any non-post and notch sights including, but not limited to, “Ghost Ring” or laser, electronic and optical sights.
• Wrap-around “grip sleeves” on magazines
• Aftermarket component parts and barrels
• Recoil spring guide/recoil reducer assemblies
• Aftermarket extended slide stop levers
• Firing pins (modified/aftermarket)
• Connectors (modified/aftermarket)
• Metallic magazine well “funnels” or “slugs”
• Lights or other barrel weights
• Any modification deemed by the Range Master to create an unfair competitive advantage.

Rimfire –
The Rimfire Division if for GLOCK model 44. Rimfire Division entries qualify for the “500 Club” special recognition patch. If the GLOCK 44 is modified in any way it cannot be shot in the GSSF Indoor Series.

Pocket GLOCK Stock Weapons – Does not qualify for 500 Club but does qualify for 250 Club

MOS – This Division was specifically designed to accommodate any stock GLOCK MOS (Modular Optic System) firearm and must be used with your preferred optic mounted in the factory cut-out. Aftermarket adaptor plates will be considered for use, however, aftermarket cut-outs will place the firearm in the Unlimited Division

1st Place Lady Class, Senior Class and Junior Class: All are determined by the highest score in Stock Class by a female, senior or junior competitor. Where there are no competitors in Stock Class, there is no eligibility to be awarded.

Course of fire is identical to GSSF Course of fire

 AIMHI classes:

Stock: Any stock pistol that is capable of holding 10 rounds or more; 50 rd match; mirrors GSSF Fullsize

Rimfire: Any stock rimfire pistol capable of holding 10 rounds or more; 50 rd match; mirrors GSSF Rimfire

Pocket: Any stock pistol capable of holding less than 10 rds (at least 5); 25 rd match; mirrors GSSF Pocket

MOS: Any pistol with optics installed, capable of holding 10 rds or more; 50 rd match; mirrors GSSF MOS; need not be stock

Unlimited: Any other firearm that doesn’t fall into above categories, capable of holding 10 rds; 50 rd match; mirrors GSSF Unlimited

Stock means stock with iron sights (nightsights ok); Unlimited means you can add lasers, compensators, gas pedals, whatever you like; guns with installed Red Dots (RMR, Holosun, etc.) should shoot MOS class.

NOTE: Please note your serial number on all scoresheets. You must shoot at least 2 matches with the same gun to qualify for prizes. Highest score of the day per gun will count toward prizes. Only those classes with enough qualifying paid runs will be eligible for prizes.

The scoring of the D-1 target will be using standard NRA scoring, X (10pts), 10 pt. ring, 8 pt. ring, 5 pt. outer perimeter. Line hits count higher points. Maximum points per two target run is 500 – 50X. (Sound familiar). X count is used as a tie breaker if a scoring tie exists. We will add the best run of each of the two or more matches together to determine the final score. All final scores will be descending rank ordered to determine the winners. If a tie exists, after X counts, those two (1&2 or 2&3) prizes will be added together and evenly split between the two shooters. Again, two match best runs are required to be eligible for prizes in the NASR match.. 

The Lewis Prize Allocation system is used to distribute class awards as equitably as possible. Your two best scores with each gun of the series will be totaled and averaged at the end of the 3-match series. X count will be added together to act as a tie breaker. If a shooter competes in only two matches, his/her scores are totaled and divided by two. If a shooter competes in all three matches, his/her best two scores are totaled and divided by 2. The result is one final score for each shooter, per gun, which is then listed in the overall order in which he/she finished. The overall list is then divided into thirds, with the top one-third considered “A Class,” the middle one-third is “B Class,” and the lower one-third is “C Class.” Plaques are awarded to the top competitor of each class and prizes awarded for the top 3 shooters in each class.

The Grand prize drawing for the GSSF Match will be for a certificate for a ‘regular’ Glock pistol. The Grand Prize winner can ‘up buy’ for another model Glock as shown on the certificate. AIMHI will do the FFL transfer of the Grand Prize for free. Once you have shot at least two matches, with the same gun (Unlimited class, same gun requirement doesn’t apply), in the regular GSSF series, all of your GSSF runs are entered into the Grand Prize drawing, regardless of the gun models used.

NOTE: Competitors under the age of 21 are not eligible to win the free Glock. Should the drawn winner be under the age of 21, GSSF will award a Lifetime GSSF Membership and a $100 check in lieu of the free Glock. A second drawing will be done for the free Glock. See GSSF Rule 190.130

The AimHi match requires participation in at least two (2) of the three (3) AIMHI matches to be eligible for the prizes. Participants are not required to be GSSF members.  The AIMHI match prize payout, as an AIMHI Gift Card is as follows:

1st place – 50% of $3 per paid class run

2nd place – 30% of $3 per paid class run

3rd place – 20% of $3 per paid class run
