AimHi can help with part of the process by providing fingerprint cards, if needed, as well as the NICS Transaction Number (NTN) for the check that was delayed or denied.
You will need to submit an actual fingerprint card with your appeal. These can be electronically scanned, but have to be printed out. On option for obtaining printed fingerprints can be found here.
